  1. Hi Chez. Thank you for getting back to us. The use of home remedies to whiten teeth largely depends on how deep set the stains are. Unless you have fluorosis- which is a different bit altogether, Coconut oil will gradually help whiten teeth. The trick is finding a way to get this remedy into your oral hygiene routine. Brush with coconut oil to remove tea, coffee or wine stains from your teeth. Swirl in your mouth to remove plaque and get rid of bad breath.

    Im praying i see some differences pretty soon, but will stay dedicated to it if i see something change i naturally have yellow teeth, i dont even drink tea or coffee or anything nasty, but sugary stuff and anything else can stain my teeth i wanna try this out every 2/3days and plus brushing and flossing.
